i was excited to be able to review headphones. I have never treated myself to a good pair and just did not know what I was missing.
Of course the first thing I noticed was the case. I was impressed. It is strong, sturdy and very professional looking. You know when they are in there they are safe. Now about the headphones......I love these headphones! Everyone, in my family loves these headphones and sneak into my computer room and try to take them. I might have to lock them up when they are not in use. That says a lot for a product.
The sound quality is suburb, crisp and clear, and they are stylish. I like to use them with my computer, because I can wear them for hours and they still feel comfortable. They come with an adapter and two cables, one of which has an in line controller. I do not have an IPOD or I PHONE but they work very well with my DROID. If you love music, these headphones are a must. I do believe I will be getting a second pair for the family to use or I may lose these forever. Very good product....

If I hadn't had other headsets, I'd be really pleased with these. I'm a bit of an audiophile, and wasn't blown away by these. They're good, don't get me wrong-- but for the price, I can't say I'd bite. The style is awesome, the fit is good, the construction quality is "ok" and the hinges are metal inside but the rest of the units are plastic.
The carrying case they come with is quite nice, they do fold up nicely. The ear phones do swivel and fit in any direction which is my favorite features of the headphones. They look very premium and the price is very premium but I wasn't "blown away" by the sound.
The mids & highs are clean, the bass is good enough and doesn't bottom out, but I wasn't impressed with the lows. I have a pair of low end Sennheiser HD515 Dynamic Stereo Sound Audiophile 500 Series Headphones and I'd put them against these any day, with close to equal results-- and the Sennheiser doesn't make your ears sweat, but also doesn't keep sound out quite as well.
I've spent hours and hours with these headphones rocking out from Jay Z to Adele. They sound good. If you buy these, you're spending for the name for the style, but don't expect a sound experience premium to what you can get elsewhere for 1/4 the price. If you're ok with that and you love what they stand for, these are the headphones for you....

I've been using the SL 150s for about 2 weeks now and love them. I mainly use them walking to work and in the office. The sound quality of great. The bass, mid, and high come in really clean. In some of my favorite songs I'm hearing beats that I've never heard while wearing other headphones or simply playing it on the computer. The design of the headphones themselves fit very comfortably. And unlike other over the head headphones, you can wear these for long periods of time and are still comfortable and don't hurt the ears.
