After trying the older version (Boise Aviation X) in the 757/767 and GA aircraft, I returned them. The Low volume, sound etc were just no good. However, these new A20 headsets are a thing that every pilot should have, if they want the best. The comfort is great. The sound (or lack of) is just amazing. The bluetooth works just perfect every time. If you are flying a Cessna 150 or a 747, this headset works perfect. Battery life is very good. Stereo sound is great. Only CON is that customer service is NILL.
I tried to ask how I could tighten the mike, and they are no help.
Yet, the headset is a true joy to have and use!...

My husband had been talking about getting one of these for over a year now but wouldn't buy it himself. When he opened it for christmas he was totally surprised. It was a last minute gift and it arrived on time in perfect condition...Thanks...
