I wanted to ask whether the serial number are on the box or on the battery cover?. As stated in beats by dr dre official website amazon is an authorized dealer although when i receive my beats studio (red) i found only 7 character of serial number on the battery cover. I tried use the number on the barcode and verify on dr dre official website it also stated that the serial number are invalid....
