Achieve Perfect Fit and Seal In-Ear Fit Guide Sound quality and bass response are dependent on the seal achieved between the ear tips and your ear canal. Please try the various sizes of ear tips included with your earphone to determine which gives you the best sound and comfort. The sound may change depending on the insertion depth and tip size. To achieve proper insertion, pull up and back on the top of your ear (helix) and/or use a slight bit of lubrication/moisture on the outer part of the ear tips, which will help achieve the proper insertion depth and angle. These earbuds have listening quality, really deep rich sound. The Microphone has an echo for phone conversations and the click button to pause / skip tracks is pretty worthless. The button only works about 40% of the time and then only after repeated clicks. If I had to do it over again, I would get the version of these without the Microphone and just stick with the straight headphones. Love the sound, hate the microphone.EDIT: So after a few weeks of using them, the Mic/Volume control has become an issue. I had just avoided using it but now it appears to be sending random signals to the iPhone that randomly lowers or raises the volume out of the blue....
