I got this for my wife because her old cell phone had the option to use an over-the-head boom type setup, and she really can hear better than the bluetooth headsets you see out in high use today. Plus she doesn't like stuff hanging around her ears so this fit the bill perfectly. It works wonderfully and you can hear clearly everything that's said. And just as importantly, you can be understood on the other end of the conversation! A little pricey but totally worth it because (at least in CA) you have to have some sort of handsfree solution if you want to talk on the phone while you're driving....

I bought this headset for my wife to use with her iPhone 4. The voice quality of her calls is consistently inconsistent! Half the time her audio is so "underwater" sounding that she has to swith to the handset. I shold have returned it when I had the chance. IMHO, stay away from this one!...
