This review is from: MAXELL 190402 - HPNCIII NOISE-CANCELING FOLDING HEADPHONES

Mission accomplished - if Maxell was trying to design the worst pair of noise-canceling headphones they possibly could. 1st, sound quality is poor. They actually sound significantly better without the noise-cancelling on. 2nd, the battery housing is bigger and heavier than other models I have used AND it comes without a belt clip! What does this mean? This heavy housing which holds two AAA batteries hangs free and tugs on the headphones. They are useless for this reason alone. Yes, these are some of the cheapest headphones on the market, but they are not worth even this price. Do yourself a favor and buy a better brand. I wish I had known all this before I spent my money....
