I purchased two of these headsets because of the sound quality that the boom mic and design offered. The sound quality was not good with my Blackberry. I called Bluesonic and they immediately sent my a replacement unit. It turned out that the problem was not with the headset but with my Blackberry. As soon as I replaced my Blackberry the quality was there. Bluesonic's support is the best. I recommend this product to you if you are interested in professional quality communications using bluetooth....

I bought this Headset about a year ago and it is hands down the best I've ever owned. I also own a Motorola Pure, but the sound quality and comfort is better on the Bluesonic HCB35...for about a third of the cost! I HIGHLY recommend this headset....
