I've had these headphones for almost a year now, and they still work really well. The REALLY shocking part is that they've been through the washer and dryer four times, the cord's been slammed in the car door, and my cat's chewed on them a bit. Even after all they've been through, they still have really nice bass and sound quality, and they do block out all outside sounds if you put the right size of gels in, which is what they're meant for anyway. You hear nothing but the music. The sound is a tad faded from when I first got them, but that's fine considering all they've been through after a year. I'm also quite surprised that the left bud hasn't shorted out yet like it does with most other Skullcandy earbuds after a couple months. These are definitely worth the money....
