This is a decent headset, with reasonably good sound. However, the most annoying thing about it makes it almost useless for regular use. In brief, it will go completely silent for no apparent reason, usually after 1 call or a few minutes of being connected to a phone or laptop. I know that this is the fault of the headset because when I switch to handset or internal laptop speakers, I can continue the call. In fact, this is likely a problem inherent in the design, as I have exchanged the one I bought at Best Buy for another of the same kind and the exact same issue occurs....

I am going out today to buy a new bluetooth because I am tired of apologizing to those on the other end of the call who cannot understand me. The sound quality on my end is fine, but no one can understand a word I'm saying. This has not been a problem with other devises that I have used with this phone....
