I very pleased with my Hello Kitty bluetooth, it works great and the sound is very clear. I constantly getting complimented on it and just about everyone that stops me asks where I purchased it. I love the fact that it comes with the car charger in addition to the wall charger and USB cord (which I often use to charge it at work on those days I forget to charge it overnight). The pouch is also a plus, a true statement that the manufacturer understands us women who throw our bluetooth's in our purses!...

i thought this was the cutest thing ever. i was sooooo excited to recieve this headset. when i did naturally i called people to test it out, it sucked! i was so disappointed :( even though i had only read very few bad reviews i took the chance. im glad i got my money back but im just so disappointed because it was so cute....

The bluetooth works well. The only problme is the earclip is too big and the bluetooth falls off. I use my glasses to hold the bluetooth in place. If you are a hello kitty fan, I would recommend getting a new earclip for this product....
