The GN2000 is marketed as an office device to be used with a computer that has a USB interface to make or receive 'calls' made with Microsoft Office Communicator or some similar VoIP or conferencing application. In reality it is nothing but a corded one-earpiece (mono) headphone set with a microphone and volume control. It will NOT answer the phone or hang up and, in general, it doesn't do anything that any ordinary headset wouldn't do. It canNOT be used with a phone.
The connecting the set via USB may appear to be a novel idea but, in fact, it's not. You are using up a USB port on your computer but, while doing that you do not free the regular 'headphones' port for other uses. All audio is redirected through the USB port and you get nothing sent to the regular headphones port. As a result, all you do is use up one USB port for no good reason.
For comparison sake - no endorsement - you get the exact same on the Labtec Mono 341 Headset with Microphone. The only difference is that you could buy about 5 Labtecs with the money spent to get one GN2000. Less expensive headsets are available.
The 'bad' things about this set are:
- sky-high price
- dated design
- unjustifiable use (waste) of a USB port
I can't think of any 'good' features worth noting.
Given the unjustifiably high price, I can't think of a good reason to purchase of a Jabra GN2000. I can only grant this product one star because I strongly believe that it would be a mistake to get one.

Note: I was able to evaluate a GN2000 set because one of my co-workers ordered one as it happened to be on the company's 'recommended list' of headsets compatible with MS Office Communicator. Of course, ANY headset is compatible with MS Office Communicator....
