The quality of the headphones as far as sound goes is okay. I'd expect more for 80 bucks though (it also kills batteries pretty quickly, as will all headphones probably.. 1-2 days), but I have had a pair for less than 4 months, and already the plastic where the ear-pieces and the head piece connect has snapped. 80 bucks for headphones is not cheap. Do not buy these headphones. It's not a deficient set, it's just cheap plastic. You take the headphone off too quick a couple times and the plastic will snap. The plastic is very thin, especially in the two areas it should be thickest (where the earpiece and headpiece connect). In other words unless you are very careful every time you take them on and off and while using them, they will break anywhere from first time use, to 6 months tops. I would suggest going with a cordless headphone (or thick plastic headphones etc). If you sit on the wire by accident while using the headphones, the wire gets caught under you, so when you go to take off the headphones the wire sticking causes whiplash pressure on the cheap plastic, even though the wire comes undone with enough force, the plastic will break because it is thin and cheap. 80 bucks for headphones that don't last 4 months, simply from the wear and tear of taking them on and off is no good. Go with thicker plastic....
