I bought these headphones for my adult son for Christmas,2010. Less than three months later they snapped at the plastic part that connects the earpiece to the headband. I sent pictures to Able Planet and was told that the photo showed "extensive damage" and "Improper or unreasonable use." The only thing broken was the one joint. This was the most expensive headphone purchase I have ever made. My son's headphones have always been inexpensive and he has used them until they outlived their usefulness. I only bought him the Able Planet headphones because I thought he deserved a quality set. He did like the sound quality, for the most part although there were hissing issues that he got used to. Once he got used to the fit, he felt that they were comfortable. But I'm not happy that they only lasted three months and that the company's response was to blame us and not accept responsibility. I greatly suggest purchasing your headphones from a quality company that takes responsibility when their products break. I will not purchase any Able Planet products and I recommend that other people think twice....
