The sound quality is good, however:
1. It is very hard to adjust the volume slider by tactile feel (without looking at the volume slider) and it's nearly impossible to see the volume slider (when its worn) because it's so close to your neck and your chin that your chin practically blocks its view.
2. The length of the wires leading to the ear buds is VERY uneven between left and right. The wire to one of the ear buds is much shorter then the other. This way the entire weight of the cable is born just by one ear bud instead of being spread evenly between the left and right ear buds.

I bought these headphones to use with my iphone about a week ago. The first day I used them the sound stopped working in one of the ear buds. To add insult to injury the next day the other ear bud broke apart. Do not waste your money....

Works good enough for a headset while walking or jogging with my iPhone 3G, I have no expectations that it will compete with my Bose but I also don't want to run with expensive headphones on. I would buy them again....
