It is not what's in the picture. The picture shows jacks for quick disconnect. They are actually 6 little prongs that break off super easy. I have owned similar just like it. I thought I was getting jacks just like the pic...

The product is as described except for one very important feature. It's not compatible with my radio (Wuoxun) which I'm pretty positive shares a connector pinout with Kenwood/Icom/most others. The connector's plugs are about 1/8"(2mm) closer together than they should be. This would be a great deal and very handy if it worked for me. What radio brand does this even work with?
I was very bummed out that this was not what I was sold, I will now attempt to modify the connector for use with my radio....

well I got this as a present for my husband and he said maybe I paid a little too much for it..
BUT they do work with his kenwood, I don't know too much about this stuff but I know he had a couple problems getting it all set up.
Overall though it works ok, decent sound quality and he gets a lot of use from it so not a bad buy....
