Build quality is very good. The flexible, adjustable mic boom is a very useful feature for positioning the mic at the proper location for the wearer. Noise canceling is very good -- the microphone does not easily pick up sounds other than the wearer's spoken words. Currently using with Dragon Naturally Speaking and works well. Currently using just the standard microphone and speaker jacks, not the USB (Andrea says USB option is better), but the performance is fine....
