For only 20 dollars including the shipping you cant really beat it. Great sound, powerful, cord on one side, wide frequency response, they stay on your head unlike earbuds which pop out too much for me, they keep your ears warm in the winter... they are kinda bulky but they're great at home and comfortable enough. They also DO work with people who wear glasses (there is no ear pinching)
**update- I have had these for a year now and with more and more use they become more "broken in" and it seems that the bass and treble have improved even more. They have held up fine, and comparing these to other headphones they are still the clearest sounding and most balanced ones I have found in this price range. I would buy these again as long as they did not jump up more in price. I did get sick of the two "thin bars" on top as others have said- they aren't horribly uncomfortable but turned out to become annoying. So i modified the headband and mounted the cushioning from another pair of junk headphones I had laying around, and now they are extremely comfortable for hours of listening....

I ordered it from one of the Amazon used-markets, and I'm so happy with this nice headphones. When it was delivered, I opened the box (of course, it is new one.), and I plugged the headphone-jack to my mini headphones amp. When I wore this headphones, it was extremely comfortable. It fully covered my ears, and it was also very light to wear this headphones.
I tried a couple of classical music (Bach's Violin Sonata, Beethovan's Symphony 4&7, 9, Chopin's piano music, nocturne, and more), and I was so impressed by its sound. In case of violin solo, this headphones very sensitively catches wide range of frequency. The high pitch sound of violin solo fits very well to the headphones, and the sound is very clear and sharp. When I listen to the Symphony 9 of Beethoven, every bit of the frequency (high and low) are also very clear and crispy. This headphones was only about 23 dollars including shipping, but I was so impressed by its quality of sound.
My only complain is it's cable. The headphones has pretty long cable, and I have to handle this cable very carefully. I hope the cable is not very long. I had to tide this cable with zip ties because it was really long. Other than that, it was perfect headphones for me....

These cans are amazing for the price, better audio quality than the Sony XD200 and I'm only 15 hours in (my audiophile friend says I shouldn't judge until I "burn them in" for 100 hours but screw him).
Here is what I think of them compared to all the other cans I've owned:
Sony MDR-XD100: way better than the XD100
Sony MDR-XD200: slightly better sound
Sony MDR-XD300: I'm sure after 90 hours these HT360 will sound just as good as the XD300 and they don't cost 40 bucks because of the Sony brand
Sennheiser HD-280: even though the sen's are better I prefer these HT360's and the XD300 because the sen's have too much bass and make everything sound too "professional" or "studio like". A lot of people might like that but I prefer to hear songs how they were recorded and when watching TV shows like Family Guy it sounds like you're in a theater or something. BTW the XD300's have a bass switch you can turn on or leave off so they're great for everyone.
Anyway, these Panasonic RP-HT360 are the best cans you'll find at this price range and I highly recommend them. I like them so much I'm going to order another pair....
