My wife had been asking for sometime using which she could be on the phone as well keep on working on cooking or some other home activity. I looked at Plantronics but those were very expensive. The KX-TCA400 was very inexpensive product and when used with cordless phone, it gave all the mobility that is needed in a home. The sound quality is great. After a prolonged phone call, I do feel little inconvenient but that I believe would be with every other similar product. The padding on the ear piece is very comfortable....

I am writing this late at night even though I tired because--- this is an awesome product. I know, it's cheap, but it works MUCH better than other ones I've spent $75 on....

This headset works well. We have one for each phone extention. They are inexpensive and of good quality. Local stores do not have much to offer in inexpensive portable phone headsets....
