luv that my hands are free to use the computer while talking with client. with the other headset i had before the ear cover would keep falling off, with this one, the cover is nicely cushioned & nearly impossible for it to come off. sound quality is excellent too....

I find myself grabbing this more than the phone handset. No bulky external amplifier, it's plug and play....
