Controlling Phone calls
Press the button once to take a call. During the phone conversation press button once to mute, press again to resume. Press button for 2 seconds to end the call.
Controlling the Music
While listening to music clicking the button once will pause/resume the music.
Toggle between music/phone
If you get a call while listening to music just press the button once to take the call, it will automatically pause the music, when done with the call press again and it will resume where it ended.

not bad, but other cheaper headsets performed equally as well and these have a large hard metal case and therefore are not as comfortable as the other less expensive ones I have purchased (and I have purchased dozens because of the wear I put on them. These lost sound in one ear quite quickly - (again I use them 24/7 and that is not surprising, but the less expensive ones I have owned perform as well and sound as good as these - no real difference in terms of their purported "noise cancelling")...
