Very comfortable and it works well with my work environment. I would recommend this headset to anyone who uses a cell phone at work and needs a comfortable bluetooth headset...

This is my third attempt at an over-the-head bluetooth headset, and all have been disappointments. This is by far the worst of the bunch. I have had it for less than two months and it is headed for the trash. The fit has been irritating from the start - the headset cannot be adjusted and is too big - it falls off if I bend over. The button is also hard to push to answer. It has also always been difficult to pair to my iPhone, and randomly disconnects while I am on the phone. Now, though, it will not hold a charge, and only works when the charger is plugged in, making it pretty worthless as a wireless headset. It also disconnects from the phone after every phone conversation and requires three to four attempts at re-pairing before it can be used. Unfortunately, the window for returning it to Amazon passed about two weeks ago. I work from the phone most of the day and find an over-the-head headset most comfortable, but have given up and will attempt an in-ear for my next headset....
