This cuts out some of the ambient noise, but you still hear a lot of the outside noise. I wanted these for exercise rooms and you still get a lot of the noise from the equipment. They are also very hot when wearing them outside. Would not buy another pair....

Completely worthless, the head phones barely lasted two days before breaking. I will never buy a product from this company again....
